Indoor Cycling classes are a very popular exercise class. They help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout!
My classes are full of energy and challenging - I encourage you to push yourself but at your own pace. I choose music to go along with each phase of the class which is mostly EDM (Electronic Dance Music) so it is uplifting and motivational to hopefully match the mood! I am now offering on-line Indoor Cycling Classes which will give you the flexibility of joining a class from the comfort of your own home but also as they are recorded, you can attend as and when you can. Obviously you’ll need a bike for this, either a stationary bike or an outdoor bike on a turbo trainer would be suitable, as long as you can adjust the resistance. It is recommended you listen through wireless head-phones if possible.

Mixed Terrain Rides
These classes contain a mixture of climbs, sprints, endurance and jumps (regular intervals in and out of the saddle) Select class below for more details.
Endurance Rides
These classes are mostly endurance but I do also work outside of the endurance zone and push a little harder with some longer intervals, or ‘bursts’. Select class below for more details.
Pure Climbing
These classes are all about climbing! Setting the resistance level no lower than 60% this will really get the muscles working. Using music with great beats which I use on most tracks to set the pace. Climbs are both in and out of the saddle and also include some heavy surges. Select class below for more details.
20 minute FREE taster class
This 20 minute class is to give you a taster of my style and the music that I use. This class is mixed terrain, to some great energetic music to motivate you to push yourself!
