Mixed Terrain Ride - September 2020

Starting with a bit of an 80’s feel warm up, this class has some nice long standing intervals to really get those legs working and build up stamina! This is definitely the most challenging of the mixed terrain rides. See below for a free clip…

  1. Seated / standing warm up (4.08m)

  2. Seated endurance (4.54m)

  3. Standing long running intervals (8.27m)

  4. Seated sprint intervals - shown in clip below (4.49m)

  5. Seated climb (4.27m)

  6. Seated and (long!) standing endurance (6.24m)

  7. Standing climb with 4 count jump intervals (7.48m)

  8. Cool down
