This class is a 45 minute mixed terrain class (free clip shown below) which includes:-

  1. Warm up (4.02m)

  2. Seated Endurance (4.16m)

  3. Standing Climb with surges - shown in clip below (5.08m)

  4. Seated Sprint intervals (4.49m)

  5. Seated Climb with surges (5.13m)

  6. Seated / Standing sprints (5.38m)

  7. Seated / Standing Climb including jumps (12.08m)

  8. Cool down & stretches (6.22m)
