Cally is an incredible PT. When I started our online sessions I didn’t even know what a PT was short for. I had recovered from an injury but was left terribly unfit. Cally was a total superstar, she’s so gentle but yet subtly ruthless in getting you fit! We had such a laugh and she totally put me at ease. I had Cally for a year and I can honestly say I enjoyed every session. Cally always made it interesting and fun so you don’t notice the hard work. I learnt so much about fitness and nutrition from her. I miss Cally and think of her everytime I force myself past the Nutella jar and go for the hummus instead!

I learnt how to do exercises properly and still do them. I learnt how to plank and Cally got me doing 4 mins. Oh yes, I rejoice in the fitness brag! Cally got me there.

I have a long list of health issues I won’t bore you with, but C worked around them and adjusted our sessions so I could still achieve fitness.

I’m grateful for Cally’s patience, professionalism and above all kindness.

It still makes me giggle we’ve never actually met as all sessions were done on zoom. That woman knows all my secrets!

Caroline was my personal trainer for a year. She helped me get bikini ready for a long anticipated holiday to Australia. She was flexible and adapted the exercises to suit my preferences and kept me motivated to work hard. She is a total professional, has a great sense of humour and is easy to talk to. I felt like I'd spent an hour with a friend rather than a personal trainer which made our sessions much more enjoyable. I highly recommend her

I cannot adequately express just how much I appreciate Caroline's personal training sessions! 
She has tailored my routine to what I am striving for, whilst continuously taking into account my limitations, preferences and developing ability. She adapts and progresses my routine regularly to keep things interesting. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty by offering me great dietary and lifestyle pointers. 

She was from the outset- and continues to be- encouraging and friendly. I arrived at her gym feeling nervous and embarrassed and she instantly turned that into confidence and motivation. My sessions always pass so quickly because she knows when to distract you with conversation and when to cheer you on.

'I have been working with Caroline since September last year. For the first 16wks I trained with her once a week. Since then, we have trained together once a month. I have lost over two stone, maintained this weight, changed shape and my eating habits. Her programmes have gently but progressively pushed me further than I could ever have thought possible but she always listens and if there is anything I cannot do, or dislike intensely (let's face it, it is exercise, after all!), she adapts and accommodates. I can't praise or thank her enough. Not wanting to sound too corny or cheesy, but sincerely, she has helped to change my life but be warned... she can't count! And I swear that timer of hers is faulty!'

'Caroline came highly recommended to me, when, sadly, my previous pt was moving away. Caroline and I clicked straight away.  My particular problem is that I’m agoraphobic, and therefore find it virtually impossible to get any kind of exercise. So she comes to me twice a week and we march off on an hour’s walk. Yes, I might get a little out of breath on the inclines, but since we chat and laugh so much, I occasionally have to stop to catch my breath. The hour flies by and so do the stretches we do afterwards.  Caroline does all kinds of pt, and whatever training you are after, I doubt that you could do better than team up with Caroline!'
