ONLINE VIDEO TRAINING: YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

Just one more important step to ensure your safety before proceeding to the training. Please read the information and confirm.

SAFETY

Wear comfortable clothes and supportive footwear. Prepare a space and have plenty of water (for before, during and afterwards) ready before you start.  

Ensure you can see and hear the instructor clearly at all times

While exercising, if you experience chest pain, dizziness or severe shortness of breath, stop immediately and contact your GP (or call an ambulance if you feel very unwell and your symptoms do not go away when you stop exercising). 

If you experience pain in your joints or muscles, stop and check your bike position and try again, however If the pain persists, stop the exercise and seek advice from your GP 

Breathe normally throughout and enjoy yourself.  If you are doing these exercises without attending a supervised exercise session, consult your GP to check it is suitable for you.
